DC'ing all the time

Hey guys, I have a problem:

I get a disconnect every 1-5 minutes with a latency of 35-195~.
I tried other games, no disconnect, any solution?

I don't run any of these programs, but I've no DCs now, maybe cuz I downloaded many shut^^
