My PayPal acc dosent work .
I got an 10 Euro Psc (=PaySafeCard) here and want ask :
Can i maybe change 5 Euro Psc for S4 ?

I think it would be a nice idee ,because (usually) many playes under 18 would buy than too.

Just so you know you dont need an Paypal account you just use their payment service

If it was easy to offer, we might, but offering PaySafeCard means we have to apply, be accepted and then sign a contract with the company to become an "official" partner, rather than signing up easily like we do on Paypal/AlertPay.

What did you pay with? Paypal or AlertPay? The email is sent instantly, check the spam folder.
