cant change my password

when im trying change my passwords ingame , im taking:
The new password do not match or the old password is wrong.

but i can log to came and play!

when im trying to log in Account Manager , im taking :
Incorrect password/account name.

Already check password and account for 812738912 times.
No results, pls help.
