Charater Transfer

Hello, i recently have donated for season 4 on 2 characters both horde and i sorta regret it. Is there any way that i can transfer them (Not by a faction change i know it does not work)? I was thinking, and i don't know if this is true, but is it possible that a GM can keep track of players created and deleted through accounts, so that i could possible get 2 more donating codes but delete my current 2 players. I don't want to sound like im trying to scam 2 donor codes, im just wondering if this is possible, so that i can recreate and have a fresh start on the alliance? Or is it donor codes are only generated from paying? If this isn't possible then that's okay i can deal with it, but if we could come to some agreement if this is possible please let me know thanks!
