I got sent my Transection ID code but it not working at the NPC where am suposed to copy/paste the code

This code are 17 Letters / Numbers long and can't even stand in the Code box. So i guess it kinda wrong by you else am doing so totally wrong here ? :S

at a certain point in the game the game wont let u insert the full code.

so basicly close wow & open it up again put in the donation code. and youre done.
u can also type it letter for letter if u have the patience
