My account was accidently closed recently, and I was told before I went to bed that
the ban was suppose to be lifted.
Well, I can logon through the account management and it says my account is active.
When I logon through the game it still says my account is closed.
Can you fix this?

I didn't know your IP was banned too -- that has been lifted as well.
