hey there,
i cant login my account.
if i try 2 login there stands something like "u applied a lock to your account".
Account or my IP isnt banned.
I allready deleted my Cache + Wtf Folders.
Hope you can help me.

That means you account was manually locked. Could I please have the account name to look this up?
