Hello Iv'e got an open ticket for 2 days now about my donation.
How there is no GM answering the tickets? It keeps saying 'Wait time currently unavaiblable'.

It's probably in best interest to email us for higher priority support regarding donations as our in-game ticket system is bombarded by tons of tickets from all players non-donor and donor and it sometimes takes us a while to get through them all and we don't recognize donor tickets all the time to be able to help you faster with any issues.

Ok, I've send an email already.
I just found it strange cause earlier this week I made a ticket aswell and it got answered in about 10 minutes. And now I had to wait 2 days?!. Well I understand, thanks for your help.
