Well this is a message to henhouse we spoke yesterday an u told me you had to go have Lunch in 3min's, So i thought ok ill let him have lunch then get back to me. You said sure ill pm you when im back from lunch witch sounded great to me since i have some great issues with my shaman, 4 hours later still no henhouse or a PM it was about 5am by the time i gave up an went to bed + the fact im donor i would accpect some more help then wat i have had over the last 3 days of opening a ticket an 1 gming telling me he has to Have lunch, Henhouse when u read this PM me ingame (Zerkd) i will be on for about 5 hours after this Post thanks again Zerkd..

Wow, I completely forgot and I really do apologize. Did you have an open ticket? I must have forgotten to check again. I was really busy yesterday, I had so many classes back-to-back and little spare time in between.

I will have a bit of free time today once 2 of my classes are done. But that will be in about 3+ hours of the time of me making this post. Best bet is to leave a detailed ticket open, email me or PM me and I'll get back to you. I am sorry for that yesterday, it honestly slipped my mind.

Probably not the best idea to mention this now, as in that case you just had bad luck... but don't exepct to get chosen over other players when they have issues, you didn't pay for any premium services.
