Cheat? Hack? or can he use it cause he is a Donator?

There is a trinket, Glimmering Naaru Silver couldn't find it on wowhead tho..

but shouldnt there be shown the name of the trinket instead of evocation? its german, but translated it says evocation ("Hervorrufung")

buy the trinket and test it youreself youll see that it says evocation.
cuz its just Evocation in trinket form , with a little bit of +healing.
