ok im in the middle of a eye of the storm and i see a paladin healing and ummm yeah its a dwarf paladin

No, I don't get it either. Unless the Dwarf was healing the Horde, I don't get it either. :\
Perhaps posting a combat log showing that the dwarf healed you would help.

They're not even the same person. The first one's a female Dwarf and the second one is a male Dwarf.
