Blackened Naaru Sliver

Hi. I was wondering if you could add proper internal cooldown to above mentioned trinket. I think it had around 50 seconds internal cd on retail not sure tho. Well anyway what it does is proc like every 3 seconds overwriting all of your stacks and you are back at 1.

Why? The Naaru Slivers are gawd awful.

It takes like 5 seconds for a rogue to build up those 10 stacks - that is if it worked. And I think 440 ap is worth a while. In combination with some other dps trinket.
