Vanish apparantly not working as it should!

Uhm if i for example would like to fake in arena to get a sap off /w vanish sap


so........ I open with cs wait for 1,5 secs or 2 secs vanish spam sap in the direction you think the rogue IS IN!!!!. But vanish doesent improve your stealth nor does distract remove vanish. But the vanish effect doesent work. And im not sure but i think travelling spells dont work on Cloak :<
