Account Restore

Hey guys, My buddies account got stolen and his toons were deleted. What happened was that I had made a new toon with a similiar name to another person's toon. I told him "Hey its Exelike" and I had his account info while he was going away for a month. So then I log off later and he attempts to whisper me telling me the new password, since he remade the password, and accidentally whispered it to the other guy. The other guy (which I am sure you all know who it is) decided to be an asshole and delete all his toons.

the donor he had was named: Cheeter
and i hope you can restore his other toons too, not just the donor.
