I don't understand. You can reset CDs while duelling. I've fought a bunch of Rogues who've run to the teleporter and reset their CDs mid-duel?

Would be good for me to try to find a function for checking whether or not the player is currently in a duel and add that to the teleport master so he denies access while dueling.

Nooooo, That removes the fun as a mage going invisible and going to the tp heal up and reset cools, Hehe.
