Please help me

Hi ! I am writting this because I think u can help me. The account : sharkbg has been banned for too long.
It is banned with his owner's IP too : 89.215.183.55 . Please he is one of my best friends and he promises that he won't cheat any more ! We will just play like any other players in the server - it is important because he have very powerfull heroes in the account.

You think it's been banned for too long? Typically permanent account bans last forever...
I don't understand why I should have any reason to remove this ban. Wintrading is severely prohibited -- we've made that clear MANY times. The ONLY thing I will do for your friend is unban the IP address so he can start over, but not the account.

Why does every irani call a toon, a "hero" it isnt a hero, its a character. "very powerful heroes" everybody on our server is as "powerful" as eachother, there is no gear difference.

Why do you call it a "toon"? It's a character!
