So, I have been harassed by this dude enough... And i'm pretty tired of and i guess alot of other players.

Firstly, have you used the ignore feature? That's step 1.

Only if the player is bypassing measurements to block him and is continuing to harass afterwards will I be prone to have to take action.

Everything started with his character Vroby, Who acted like a complete ass to everyone in the Alliance dueling area. So i Ignored him. Then he came with his paladin Jollie and "Owned my ass and fucked my mom" which i thought was kinda much for beating someone in a duel. So i just ignored that and kept dueling other people for fun. So i don't see him for two days, and then he shows up with his paladin, Same things happens and i was like... Who is this guy then.. After asking him why he would say things like that he said he was Vroby and he kicked my ass on that character as-well. And that's not all... He Got this Shaman that he did the exact same thing on. Well, it's starting to get very annoying when he shows up with new chars and keep's doing the same shit over and over again. That's all.

Yeah, the GM can say "Oh ignore him" But TBH that doesn't stop his foul mouth from abusing everyone else in the dueling area, I have had quite enough of his nerdrage and just Ignoring him doesn't stop him or give him rights to run around the server flaming at free will.

There may be rules and regulations but that still doesn't give him free reign to insult anyone and
everyone.

I was not disagreeing with any of you, I was merely stating to please use the ignore feature first, but if they continue by all means report. Which you have, therefore something will be done about this right now.

Today he made a ticket in terrible English trying to tell me he was going to "tell the courts" (right) on me if I didn't unban him. I have him a 72-hour suspension, he needs to calm down.
