Ive been doing this for months and havnt been banned "or so he says"

On more than one occasion on the TBC ( 2.4.3 Server ) he has nuked my chars down while ive been afk sometimes while still there Using emu hacker ( obviously ) to change his faction and kill me Screen shots as follows check the combat log >>>
