Computer wont allow me to change realmlist.

Hello, im trying to change my realmlist so that i can play (love arena, so i thought i would give it a go!) But when i try to change it, it looks for a place to save it, cus apparently it cant overwrite itself, so i get acces denied. Very annoying have been downloading all day. Please help me out here!

Windows at it's finest.
Save to Desktop then click & drag "realmlist.wtf" into the World of Warcraft folder and overwrite the older one.
Windows Logic: Can't save it there, but you sure as hell can drag it there!
