I donated about 10 mins ago and I got the email with the Transaction ID but when I try to use it at the redeemer in game it keeps saying "couldn't validate code". It is pretty frustrating because I know I am putting in the transaction ID correctly. Need some help to fix this.

Your donation code is in a separate email from "Smolderforge", it is NOT the PayPal transaction ID.

Ok got it cool, on the donate page it said id get an email FROM paypal with the transaction ID so that is why I thought it was it. Found the other one in my Spam folder.

I donated for full s4 and i got the email but theres no code. where is it i payed for it. there is no separate email i just got one email thats it.

Please don't bump other people's threads. Please use the email WE send you, not Paypal's. It's possible it got filtered and is in your spam folder. If not, you're welcome to email us or open an in-game ticket providing the email address you donated from and we will gladly look up your code and send it back to you! Just please have some patience and don't act like we are not going to help you ... :/
