Well, that is definitely insulting, and it's already gotten to the point when it's not just flaming but more like harassing and distrupting his playing, which probably takes a lot of fun away from it.

He shouldn't be forced to deal with a bunch of ignorant kids.

Its not insulting, its constant harassing this player has to face (now I don't know what causes it and I'm not going to accuse anyone), and we (I atleast) do not tolerate harassment.

I'm pretty sure it's his fault, that he gets harassed.
The only reason which leads to situations like this is trashtalk.
Don't do it, if you can't live with the consequences, most notably if you were muted and banned for it already.
Just make use of your ignore list (which can't be full, as most people vanish after 2 days anyway), and be done with it.
