A couple of hours ago I tried to login into my account but apparently it's "closed".
So I have no idea where to turn for help, except here.

So.. Why is my account closed?

I've already responded to your in-game ticket via mail. We typically do not disclose information regarding bans unless they are frequent or common causes that we could care less about disclosing eg: wintrading/hacking, etc.
