I donated 5$ for server today, via credit card. I received pay confirmation but not in game key yet, is it normal?

The donation code is in a seperate e-mail that comes from Henry925, NOT in the PayPal email.

Look in your trash/junk folder.

I didn't get any other mail than this from paypal

Credit cards usually experience problems with not receiving emails from us.

Simply open a ticket in-game if you haven't already containing the Paypal email address you specified in the form when you filled out the credit card information, there was a box for "Email" I'll need that address. Then I'll be able to look up your code and send it to you. Or you can email GM @ Smolderforge.com with the email address and I'll mail it to you.
