Donation code screw-up

I tried getting help by contacting GMs, that did nothing, so here's the issue again:

2 days ago I donated $5 for brutal gear with the intention of gearing up this warrior. The donation page doesn't say that the donation is for one character only, I assumed it was account wide and your account gets updated to a donor account or something.

Before gearing up the warrior I decided to check out what the rogues are like since I've never actually played a rogue, at least not geared one. I used to code on the rogue, played it for less than a day and then went on to gear the warrior when I found out the code is for one character only.

Basically, I wasted a code on a character I don't really plan on playing.

Please delete the rogue (I really couldn't care less about the rogue) and set this warrior's HS to a donor mall so I can use the gear on the character I planned to use it on. It's not like I donated a year ago and played my character then all of a sudden decided to play something else. Rogue on which I used the code is Grimhild, the warrior I planned to play is this one.

Thanks for any help.

I've already replied to your ticket via in-game mail message.

Maybe you just didn't read it. But why would it be account bound? Why would we charge $0.50 per character to have access to the mall? It's already extremely cheap being $5. It also doesn't make sense the first thing you would do is make a character you have no intention of playing. So I find it a little hard to believe all of the common sense stuff didn't make sense to you.

However, as I stated in the in-game mail message once a character has been claimed we do not allow a person to refund, or swap due to transfer policies. As such qualifies as a transfer and is not possible to be made.

I've read it, I just had no idea who wrote it. I assumed it was one of the GMs who's too lazy to delete one character and port the other to the mall.

I'm not the one setting up the prices so I have no idea why something would be this way or that way.

If you check the account activity for the past few days you'll see it makes perfect sense. I've be creating new characters and trying out all of the classes despite wanting to main a warrior.

So, because of the poor wording on donation page and my assumption that it's account wide, I have to pay additional $3 to actually have donor access on my warrior?

Again, I haven't been donor for a long time and you make it sound like I'm trying to abuse the system to get free items/donor access on multiple characters. It's not like it would take an incredible amount of effort or time to help me out here.
