Need help getting my old donor char :)

Hey, i recently started playing smolderforge wow again, a few months ago i donated and had a paladin as donor, but i cant rember my donor char's name account name and PW, i still got the transaction mail with the ID, some help please. Thanks

In order to assist you with account recoveries you will need to email GM@Smolderforge with the information you can remember, account name, registered email address, etc. If you're able to provide those things we will be able to reset the password for you.

But we cannot handle account recoveries in-game or on these forums.
