Problem with log-in

Hi dear GMs.
I have a quite annoying problem with logging into your server.
Sometimes it lets me normally into the game but other times it pops a window that says : "Account has been closed .. etc".
I have not been banned because there is no reason for it and that it sometimes lets me through.
Account name : Th1sI5TheNewM3
I have even tried to reinstall the game from scratch but still it randomly pops this.
Hope you will somehow fix this ;)

(btw ignore the "insomnia" name of a server in the screen shot.. i switched from diff server where i sometimes play and it didnt have the time to update the name)

No ban on account or IP of last login on that account. You must be logging into another server on accident, or from a location where the IP address has been banned from.
I can look up the reason if you give me your IP address. You can just go to
www.whatismyip.com and copy & paste it here.

Im just not sure if i have a static or a dynamic IP :x

No ban on that IP either. Paste the contents of your realmlist.wtf folder I want to make sure it's correct.

Alright so I took at look at your forum post IPs and your IP address is dynamic and the ending number changes a little bit the other parts remain the same which is normal so I checked all of them and one has a permanent ban on it from August 7th 2009. Yes, over 1 year ago.
The ban reason was by an old GM Primez and the reasoning was:
"Multiple hacks. Faction hack, cooldown hacks, 45-second saps, full duration stuns, etc."

Oh didnt expect that to come up :-D.
And about that, i know every server goes hard on these kinds of bans but still.. couldnt you do something about it ? i mean its like over one year from now.Yes, i can play here.. just switching off my router and then turning it on works to change my IP, but its getting quite annoying.
And thank you for looking into this, surely you have a whole bunch of more serious problems :).
