I would love some help with two hackers please.

Hi, me and my friend encountered two hackers today in Blades Edge arena.
They flew around in the air and hoped that we would leave the arena.
After a while they tried to kill us but flew away every time we where able to get their hp down. After a while we managed to kill one of them but the other guy just sits in the air hoping that we will leave.

Their names are Idemenato and Carlex, thei're from slovakia (at least idemenato) and have been banned before, at least if you ask him. Anyway, would be great if someone could ban them since this is just rediculus.
