Flyhacker in Arena

First post so Hi everyone :)
I've just spotted a Flyhacker in Arena. When it came from 2v2 to 1v1 vs my mate, he began to fly around throwing knifes at him.
Name (in case you can't see from the screenshot): Kissmefast, Undead Rogue
I know you can't really tell he's flying from that screenshot (could be lag) but you can see my mate taking damage from his throwing knife. And on the minimap you can see he's pretty much exactly above him.
