Donation Issue

Hello
Today at around middle of the afternoon i've donated for 2 of my charachters (5$).
The "Transaction ID" code seems not to be working( ON BOTH CASES). I've contacted like 3 GM's in the game and they've all said "delete cache and retry" , then i've asked some of the peoples who already donated. Their response were diffrente:
"I've sent email to Henhouses and he checked my donation so i got TP'ed there"
"I've used code" etc..
I've tryed everything, last GM i've contacted was Chomba who redirected me to Henhouses but since i cant be online in the game each time i've made a post here. Today i havent seen him online and i hope he will contact me as soon as he comes.
