I donated and i was on a ship but there was nothing so i used the portal to mall, and i was back in tanaris, so i tried again but my code is not availbe, so i paid my 5 dollar and have nothing<.<. That was my code 31M91258AP5276421

Firstly, please read your screen before going back to the mall. The NPC clearly states when he teleports you if it's your first time to the mall -- RELOG. Because you won't load the NPC quick enough depending on your computer.
