Theres a problem on your part too. Instead of just spamming something on the LFG chat with the color-text, you could've opened a ticket or atleast say "I am bugged, not coloring my text on purpose".

just unban man.(Why do u think i have posted on GM Topic? to hack? just think about that. The true story is: My cousin was on my char (he got 5 year's old) and he Want's COLORED!, and i saw: "It's Endania online, let's talk with him" and i got banned.

It's a /macro Bug .

Posting colors is supposed to be disabled, I think I was running security checks and turned it off so I'll be sure to get that reenabled soon.

However, regardless of your reasons to post in colors or no matter who did it, as long as it was on your account your account is held responsible. Posting in colors is not per se a bug, but is an exploit in the game system and requires you running a script into the chat system which confuses it and causes it to accept the hexidecimal ID of a color to post in. Doing so, is prohibited as can be used to produce fake system messages and or messages to try to impersonate as staff and therefore is not allowed.

Endania, was simply following regulation. He is in no way in charge of unbanning you. I am the only one with access to unbans since all must be processed through me. Now, I sincerly doubt you were banned for this. You probably recieved a suspension, not account closure. There is currently a bug with the server displaying the account closed error when you've only been suspended so please just ignore that.
