I have donated a few hours ago. How long does it take to get the 10-digit code via e-mail ?

Instant. Unless you did not follow the directions and just sent us money via Paypal. Please, in the future use the donation page's buttons to be directed to a checkout page on Paypal so that it can insure you checkout the correct item and it knows to send you a code. I assume you're the person 4 hours ago that just paid us $5. It has no idea why you are sending that money because you didn't checkout a certain item -- it just thinks you're paying us.

So, since you did not get a code you'll have to open a ticket in-game on the character you want teleported along with the Paypal email address you donated from?

I have clicked on http://www.smolderforge.com/donate/donorship.php ->"Paypal Verified" and I have paid 5 usd via paypal for S4.

Paypal verified is just to show that we are verified on Paypal. The donation button is at the top. I guess I'll remove that since it's misleading.

I donated a second time, this time I did everything correctly. And I didn't get the code instant..

Check your spam folders.

There is no mail in my spam folders. :x
I don't even have a spamfolder....I only got a verification from paypal.


I donated for a friend of mine, his Char " Stripped " needs the code or a port. We both made a ticket.

Would be great if someone could teleport me to that Donation place. I'm already waiting the whole day for my S4 set :(
