Disconection Issue > any GM can answer plz?

Hi there i have this problem:

1st of all i know the server is in USA and im conecting from Spain, but i explain my problem.

Im playing 99% of the time with 50-60mls ping (perfect ping to play) and also with another spanish buddy (who never gots disconects), but i suffer from a lot of disconects (i think its a bug).

I always know when the disconect will happen, my character starts to run or turn left/right like crazy out of my control and 5-10seconds later i got disconected (5% of the time i dont know why but it turns back to normal state and dont disconect me). I tried different classes to check if it happens me with all of then and yes it still continues to bug.

Normaly i only stay online 3/4 Arenas -getting disconected on the 4th and getting disconected every BG near the end (after normaly 10-15min playtime), can reconect back again just instantly but im always out of the arena or with deserter or whats the same :D I got pwned hehe :D

I tried different private server of the same patch just to check if my WoW has some errors but the game works perfect =_= without discs or strange things.

Is there is any help or advise you can give me, i will apreciate it.

Same for me sometimes, its our emulated warden causing it.

What are you doing 15-20 seconds prior to the disconnects?

Normaly:
Buying enchants
Walking
Walking in BG
Fighting in BG

Last games seems that in Arena im not getting disconected.

Also is there any chance to remove Deserter? For me its ok if i got DC every 10-15min but when suffer a DC in a middle of a BG... 15min Deserter just kills my trys to play.
