I think I speak for Hen when I say that petty issues such as this should be handled with a simple Ignore. If you don't know how to ignore I will teach you. Simply right-click the person's name in chat and click the Ignore button. You will no longer be able to see anything this person says. Oh and Mace is just angry because he has Comcast and is too poor to afford good internet like the rest of us. Don't take his half-hearted trolling seriously. :) Hope this helps
