Help needed

I need help I donated a couple of weeks ago before this patch i opened a ticket and put the number in i forgot what the name of that is. problem is after that day i upgraded to patch 3.0.1 is there anything i can do? my name is uthady's Im an orc warrior =[ i like this server =_= my email is
