autoban cause of bug

hi henhouse!

i just got banned - i guess it was an auto ban. i was flying to shattrat city to que arati basin after that i took the quest to port me to quel danas (for that one badged) and took the portal back to mall and was able to fly in mall without mount - it looked like i was using some kind of flying hack - i got banned after like 30 seconds - it was some kind of bug idk.

can u unban me or contact me directly?
