I've been having issues lately with my toons losing gear when i log in, or not being totally geared for whatever spec i pick to play when creating my toon. Than the missing gear shows up in the mail and when you try to equip it you get an error saying "you can't equip more than one of those" and it don't equip.I deleted my character and it do'es the same thing.

If I buy the missing gear I can equip it without adding the gems, I'f I try to gem I get an error saying " You can't gem more than one of those."

I removed my WTF file, Interface file, Cache file and even a fresh install of the game.

Would like some help please...

Check if the Gems you are trying to use are unique - if they are then you can only use 1 of them.
