Why do not my characters appear at the beginning?

Out of nowhere my characters disappeared when I started session, but when I see it on the browser page they appear.
However, when I started my session in the main list of the game they disappeared.

I really need your help, since I've been playing this server for a long time. (excuse the writing but I am using the translator)

Should be fixed. Was a temporary issue.
