Cant log in to account or retrieve password

Hello , I have a problem logging in to account or retrieve password . I havent been logging like 1-2 years and I want to playa again, but seems i cant remember password and cant reset it via website option , and am sure what email I used for registration. I can tell you all character names in that account if needed. The characters still exists I created new acc and added em to friend list they are not deleted....
