Can't up my reputation of aldor

Hi. So sorry for my spelling I'm French. I have a problem, i farm a necklace for 'the Lights strength' spell but i can't up my reputation of Aldor because i can't give mark of sargeras and fel weapons.

Are you at least Friendly with the Aldor, because that's required(80% sure) to be enable to turn those in.
