Hello Gm im Lanfé ' Hunter ' u bane player orelleu pala troller in arena but its not me its my brother have 9years And in the same account i have my hunter Lanfé and my warlock ' Søbeek' I want to tell you I am sorry for my brother's work i need my hunter please unbane me.

Whether it is your brother or not does not matter -- your account is your responsibility. The account has been suspended until next arena season.
The ban reason should display on the website, but if it wasn't clear already it was due to 3v3 solo queue AFKing as seen in this forum report:

I know this and this is a fault from me but the first fault, and deserved forgiveness because the player is excellent and everyone attests to this
and i am sorry for the mistake / sorry for the childish work done by my brother
