Billed way too much about an month ago, still haven't recived any help.

I wrote a post some time ago explaining my problem, you simply answered you don't know how I got billed 70 euro instead of 4. I am really pissed since today is the day I got the tab, and I'm not paying this much. I like this private server but this is complete bullshit, I have both mobile sms-proof and email bill of how much money I donated for and it was 4 euro, not 70. If you don't help me with this i'll see it as a scam and I swear to god i will not hesitate to let every private server community know about this. I have all proof of my donation, how much I should've gotten billed, and how much I actaully got billed. I called multiple customer services to try to resolve this but they all say that it comes down to you. I don't mean to be a dick but you have to understand that i'm pissed, this is a lot of money and I don't need this right now. At this point, this is more your problem then mine, trust me.

As Henhouse probably told you, we do not handle payments. Paymentwall does.
What information do you have about these 70 euros? If you paid by SMS, you should have directly cancelled the payment with your mobile network operator.
Do you have the date and time on your bill?

Yes I have a sms bill, I can give the timestamps and everything, I can provide every info/proof you want me to, just help me. And I know he said you don't "handle payments" but what do you want me to do? I bought it from you, not someone else, I am not reciving any help from my bank or paymentwall since they just say I bought it from you for 70 euro. On my sms bills it says 40kr which is 4 euro approximatly, same with my email bill I belive. But i'm still billed 70 euro since my bank said "They charged us 70 euro, (by they being you, smolderforge) so we have to charge you (me) 70, we can't charge less without proof from those who charged you that something went wrong." I'm not blaming you, I'm just saying I bought the service from you, even though you don't handle the payments apparently something went wrong. Help me as a customer and player on your server to resolve this.

Please send me all the timestamps by PM, I'll directly talk to Henhouse about that.
However, we really aren't the one making the transaction with you:
- You donate to Paymentwall through a payment service they work with
- The payment service takes its share
- Paymentwall takes its share
- Smolderforge receives its share
Which is why you have been asked to contact your bank, Paymentwall or your MNO.

Alright, as soon as I come home I'll PM you the sms bill and email bill with time stamp.

This is an exact reason why I never wanted to offer SMS donations on Smolderforge. They're terrible for us, and they're terrible for the user as well. Everybody gets ripped off. It's completely up in the air sometimes what happens in between. I do not understand where this charge came from since Paymentwall does not say they charged you. I can confirm on our end the receipt says 42.10 SEK was successfully received.
Did you contact Paymentwall and find anything out? I am going to send them a support request now and mention this to see if we reverse the payment if this charge will come off. Since I have NO idea who is causing it, it's possible only the ~42kr or whatever will get removed.
Upon further looking at what you sent us, I noticed on your mobile phone bill there's a flat 700kr fee for this charge. It looks like this is Telenor doing this for using SMS to purchase something perhaps, and not Paymentwall. I notice the email,
[email protected] is listed. Can you please email then with the information asking 1.) why the hell there is a outrageous 700kr random fee, and 2.) ask them if this payment is reversed if that 700kr will be removed. I will be more than happy to reverse the charge in any case, but I definitely want to make sure that ridiculous 700kr fee is removed.

Will do, the more I think about it the more I belive it's telenor fucking me as usual. I'll have a look at it, talk to them and come back later when I have every info. Thank you!

It's been several days and telenor haven't answered me.. I'm going to try to call them soon to see what is going on. Have you maybe gotten any update on this matter, Henhouse?
EDIT** I managed to resovle it with Telenor, it was they who made an error and they have agreed to refund the 700 SEK. Sorry if I was rude towards you guys my first guess was that it was from you, but I should've known telenor did this since they have been bullshitting me before. Either way thank you very much for your help and proffesionalism, i'll make sure to commend this server to my friends and others, about your staff and yourself for the help i've recived.
