Smolderforge Support Community

Hello,

I apologize for posting this again, but I'm currently unable to connect and have run out of troubleshooting options. Here are the details:

- New Account
- I can login to the website
- Downloaded Client from Smolderforge
- Folder is not in Program Files (I can write to the folder)
- Set realmlist to connect.smolderforge.com. Tried deleting and downloading realmlist directly from Smolderforge.
- Allowed Config file to populate, even tried deleting and manually setting to "connect.smolderforge.com"

Any other ideas?

Yes, same here, its 19:41 CE, and still can't log in. What's happening?

Sorry, we had some issues earlier and I wasn't available most of the day to resolve the issue. It has been fixed now.
