his bad behaviour is just annoying and he's been toxic since ages in /w and LFG to Smolderforges Community.
After ignoring him he pulled a typical childmove and logging alt character to Insult me again like you can see in my Screenshots.
I feel putting him on ignore on multiple chars is not enough the right way to go is Permamute his Accounts like multiple toxic people were in the past.

His goal it seemed was to get under your skin, and his goal was very successful it appears. You should, instead of getting mad, commend him for that and heap praise upon him for doing such a wonderful job - You even took screenshots so thats great, it shows he did a good job and thats what really counts -- doing a good job!
