Problems with recovery acc !

Hello
i forgot my password and then i entered Account Name and the original email address but never recived a new one i waited about 18 hours, and did it again but still nothing. Can u please check what is wrong with it ? Thanks !

Hi there, did you check on the Spam folder of your mailbox?

Yes checking 2 days already all my folders still nothing :(
