Hello,

in february, i donated for the weapon called Golden staff of the sin dorei
Now I donated for a race change.
Everything worked , except i can't get my golden staff of the sin dorei.

when i try to get it from the email, its says i don't own the weapon.

i have tried deleting my cache folder + made a ticket ingame + send an email to the GM's email... still no reaction.

Hi there, it may happen after a race change (+character name change) that items get stuck in the mailbox.
You'll have to send an email to Henhouse at [email protected]

i already send him an email... yet no single response.
