Hi I donated for the season 4 instant access and I never received my donation code
In usual cases, it just requires some patience.If you do not receive a code after 24-48 hours, you may need to contact Paymentwall support. Be sure to include your reference ID for them to help you. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with payment-related issues as we do not process them, Paymentwall does.
- Some payment methods may take longer than others to fully process. This can vary between 1 hour - 1 day in some cases.
- Bank transfer donations may take a day or two to process.
