lag in isle quel talas

Playing anywhere I get ms high, la ms climbs a lot!
Your title says in Quel'Danas, but you say in your post "playing anywhere". So are you lagging everywhere, or just Quel'Danas? The server was fine today so I presume it was either and issue with your, your ISP, or something along to route to the server.
