New account - Suspended?

Hi I was playing korakion server but it is just too dead. I made an account and tried to use their game client to play which then said that account is suspended and atuo changed the realmlist back to korakion so i proceeded to download smolderforge client to no avail. I tried my first account with the same message then made a new account which was also banned for some reason ( maybe an IP ban for some unknown reason. )

Could someone look into my account and see why I am banned, I havn't even been able to play this server at all :(
