Quest Bug - An Improper Burial

Hi Henhouse,

I am trying to complete this quest chain so I can get the leather shoulder reward to transmog: Elekk Hide Spaulders.

Unable to test the 2nd or 3rd Quests:

Third Quest provides the reward I am after:

I know it is a very long shot getting a quest fixed, but hey, there is no harm in asking :)
